Player evaluations for Coach Pitch will be held at Centennial Field (Duford Avenue) Monday, April 28th 6:30pm to 8:00pm All Player evaluations for Minor, Major and Junior will be held indoors at R.J. Kennedy Arena (Cumberland Arena), 1115 Dunning Road ** note that the sessions are inside the arena, not at the ball fields. The schedule is as follows: Tuesday April 15th Minors, lastname A to L, 6:00 to 7:00pm Minors, lastname M to Z, 7:00 to 8:00pm Juniors, lastname A to Z, 8:00 to 9:00pm **Special note for JUNIORS ONLY. Only the Juniors who are NOT following the Baseball Winter (Gisele-Lalonde) program should attend. IN OTHER WORDS, if your Junior aged child is not in this program, come to the evaluation. Wednesday April 16th Majors, lastname A to L, 6:00 to 7:00pm Majors, lastname M to Z, 7:00 to 8:00pm This is important as this is the only evaluation which will take place to balance teams properly. If you do NOT know, here are the age groups (age as of April 30th, 2008). Tee-Ball, 5 to 6 years of age Coach Pitch, 7 to 8 years of age Minor, 9 to 10 years of age Major, 11 to 12 years of age Junior, 13 to 14 years of age Senior, 15 to 16 years of age Big League, 17 to 18 years of age There is NO need to evaluate Tee-Ball - teams will be balanced. There is NO need to evaluate Senior or Big League - players are well known. |
